I was just out walking with mom and I came up with this idea. I want to jot it down and see what youthink first.
So this girl (vampire? alien?) she and her kind are hunted by normal humans. Sometimes however, if they turn and help humans they are spared (from what?) and she turns on her own kind. Mostly I was looking for something to happen when she is simply walking in the dark and argueing about her disision. Cause now she has to have a "bodyguard" with her all the time.... And so far that's all...

The moon had finally set, and looking out of her window, a female of about mid-twenties smiled. Her perfect ebony teeth unnerved even the veteran that was patently waiting for her. The woman was surprised to feel that emotion. She had expected hate, not fear. She swept out of the room with practised ease, a master at consealing emotions.
not done...

Really? I feel so much better now.
The moon had finally set, and looking out of her window, a female of about mid-twenties smiled. Her perfect ebony teeth unnerved even the veteran that was patently waiting for her. The woman was surprised to feel that emotion. She had expected hate, not fear. She swept out of the room with practiced ease, a master at concealing emotions.
As the slight wind began to tickle her face, she stopped, breathing deeply with closed eyes. The night was truly beautiful. It was dark. The moon had finally decided to set and the sun had hours before it even began to rise. Just as the Night Spirits liked it.
Humans were another matter. It was hard to believe that the two were so closely related. But the veteran's quiet voice checked the lady's thoughts.
"Does it have to be this dark?" His voice was not demanding at all. He was simply scared. As he should have been. To wander at night on those streets was not for the living or sane.
To save him greater distress, the female nodded instead of replying verbally. Or perhaps she simply did not trust her voice. Whatever the reason, instead of speaking she nodded and after lightly licking her lips began her first hunt.

Then they meet a few people whome she ignores, but nodds in greating to someone else. He nodds back. The veteran and some other humans that were stalking the female capture the stranger. He is a vampire that doesn't work for the humans. She is really sad as she sees the betrayal in his eyes.

aww. so the veteran is her guard?
just for the note: so is there going to be chemistry between the vampire and the veteran? or is he gonna fear her forever?
oh, another by the way: what's he a veteran of?

The moon had finally set, and looking out of her window, a female in her mid-twenties smiled. Her perfect ebony teeth unnerved even the veteran that was patently waiting for her. The woman was startled to feel that emotion. She had expected hate, not fear. She swept out of the room and into the night with effortless ease, a master at concealing her emotions.
As the slight wind began to tickle her face, she stopped, inhaling with her eyes closed. The night was truly beautiful. It was dark. The moon had finally decided to set and the sun had hours before it even began to rise. Just as the Night Spirits liked it.

"Does it have to be this dark?" The veteran's quiet voice checked the lady's thoughts. It was not demanding, simply scared. As he should have been. To wander at night on those streets was not for the living, sane, or rich.
To save him greater distress, the female nodded instead of replying verbally. Or perhaps she simply did not trust her voice. Whatever the reason, instead of speaking she nodded and after lightly licking her lips began her first hunt.
~
He felt sweat collecting on his skin. Even though the female regally walking in front of him had not attempted anything tricky, he was still quiet terrified of her. He however, did not allow his fear to interfere with the task ahead.
Movement caught his eye, and after a quick scan of the female biker for danger, he returned his attention to the female in front of him. Has greatly surprised when she let the woman pass without so much as a nod.
The next man, who was also biking, was likewise ignored. As was a female on roller skates.
However the next male was not as fortunate. The female the veteran was following graced him with a nod of hello. That was the cue the veteran had been waiting for all night. He waited, showing no change in body language as the man came closer. Then, he let out a shrill whistle, alerting his colleges, which had been hiding in the bushes, to the catch.
~
His heart stopped beating and his blood froze as his ears registered the whistle of the Night Guard. Frantically, he turned to his night sister for help, but one look was enough to see that she was the traitor. He tried to turn and escape, but his feet flew out from under him as he was tripped. The air escaped his lungs as his body felt on the hard cement.
The pain in his wrists was barely bearable as he tried to get his now tied hands under him. And as his mouth opened to scream for help, he felt a drugged cloth being stuffed in it.
His eyes grew wide as he met those of the human that had so easily snared him. He put all his hate and anger into that look. It was only enough to make the attacker take a step back.
He fought his bonds until his body's control began to fade away from him. And as his pupils dilated and eyelids drooped, as he lost all control, he felt fear. He felt fear of the unknown but terrifying. And he vowed, to stay true to the Night spirits. Never to turn.
He was no traitor.

umm. lets see. first of all, decide whether he gets free or not. then, no matter what you decide, set up the innitial meeting between the 2 vampires: why did they get to meet, why weren't they kept apart by her guards, etc. (meaning a meeting where thay actually talk and she decides to do something)
he he hee. or you could just end the story then and there

Well, see, this is the point that is based on things that are in my head and not on paper. I think that sisnce the female got the male, she would have all access to him as someone must question him...
And I don't think they are vampires anymore, more like wizards...

ououououououououh. um. "all access?" please tell me i'm not thinking what you're thinking? (If you read over that sentense in your post, it sounds a tiiiiny bit dirty.)
are you sure they're not vamps? could they at least be vamps with magic powers? please? pretty please? there's just something abput the image of the vampires that fits so well into your story. also, if they were just wizards, it wouldn't make much sense for them to be guarded so much. unless they were wizards on opposite sides of a war or something...
